Desired Qualifications:

• Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or public health nursing setting preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate care
• Flexibility and adaptability when faced with changing priorities or emergencies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students with acute, chronic, or emergency health needs
• Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders and school policy
• Maintain accurate health records and manage required documentation
• Educate students and staff on health topics, disease prevention, and wellness practices
• Monitor and implement individualized healthcare plans
• Serve as a health advocate and resource for the school community
