• Collaborative spirit to work alongside two experienced LPNs in the health office

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct health, vision, and hearing screenings per school protocols
• Manage daily medication administration and accurate recordkeeping
• Provide diabetic care, monitoring, and ongoing support to students with chronic conditions
• Deliver first aid and coordinate emergency response as needed
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with students, parents, and staff
• Participate in the development and implementation of health plans for students with special needs
• Support health education and promote wellness initiatives across the campus
