This role goes beyond classroom care, including supervision during bus and/or van ride times. Key Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license required.
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency or PRN medication situations.
• Organized, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of children with medical considerations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to an elementary student both during class and transportation times.
• Administer medications as needed (PRN), maintaining detailed records of all medical interventions.
• Monitor health status and respond promptly to any changes or concerns.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, aides, and other support staff to foster a positive, supportive environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school, state, and federal guidelines for healthcare provision.
