School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) | Jermyn, Pennsylvania

Whether you're an experienced RN, LPN/LVN, or Certified Nurse Assistant, your skills are needed to support student health, safety, and well-being on campus.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania RN, LPN/LVN, or CNA license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• School nursing experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents

Daily Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and school protocols
• Provide basic first aid and emergency care as needed during school hours
• Monitor student health, document findings, and keep accurate health records
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents regarding student health concerns
• Participate in health screenings, wellness initiatives, and health education programs
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students
