What we’re looking for:

• Valid RN, LPN, or LVN licensure in the state of Washington.
• Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or community healthcare environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to assess and address minor injuries and sudden illnesses with confidence.
• Knowledge of state health, immunization, and medication guidelines for school-aged children.
• Compassion and exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a knack for managing multiple priorities.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver individualized nursing care and first aid to students and staff during the school day.
• Maintain accurate student health records, including immunizations and medication administration logs.
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic or acute health needs.
• Educate students and staff on wellness topics, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and collaborate with community health agencies as needed.
• Maintain a safe and supportive school environment in partnership with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
