What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or community health settings preferred
• Strong communication skills for interactions with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Experience developing care plans and overseeing medication administration
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and manage health records for students
• Conduct health screenings and administer first aid or medications as needed
• Develop individualized health care plans for students with chronic conditions
• Serve as a resource for health education and wellness initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to ensure student well-being
