Travel School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Kingston, New Hampshire

A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is available to provide essential nursing support across multiple schools within a district in Kingston, NH. This travel role offers the chance to work in various school settings, delivering comprehensive healthcare services to students and staff throughout the district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general nursing care and health assessments to students in different schools within the district
• Manage student health records and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student well-being
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following school and healthcare guidelines
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives among students and staff

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Experience in school nursing preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple school sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to student health

Location:

• Travel throughout schools within the district in Kingston, NH

Working Hours:

• Full-time, 35 hours per week
