Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Prior experience as a school nurse or similar pediatric/educational healthcare setting highly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators
• Familiarity with documentation and health care protocols in a school environment
• Basic CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide daily nursing care, first aid, and emergency management to students and staff as needed
• Monitor and manage medications and health records for students with acute or chronic conditions
• Conduct routine health screenings and ensure compliance with immunization requirements
• Educate the school community on health topics, preventative care, and wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to craft care plans for students with medical needs
• Respond promptly and professionally to a variety of health-related situations that arise during the school day
