You’ll be working on-site exclusively, making an immediate impact from now through early June.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license, with previous school nursing experience required
• Knowledge of best practices for school health and medical emergencies
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and act decisively during high-priority situations
• Experience supporting elementary-aged children is highly desirable
• Must be organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs on campus
• Proof of licensure or certification required with application

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct clinical care to students at Lakeview Elementary
• Manage a busy health office, respond to urgent medical situations, and administer medications as prescribed
• Develop action plans for common school health scenarios and respond swiftly to emergencies
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with students, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with district guidelines
• Collaborate with educators and administration to support student well-being
• Provide health education and promote healthy school environments
