Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
• Prior experience in a school setting or with adolescent populations preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to assess, respond to, and manage health-related situations during the school day

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing daily health assessments, medication administration, and emergency care for students
• Managing health records and maintaining confidentiality
• Educating students and staff on health practices and preventive care
• Collaborating with teachers and administrators to support student wellness
• Responding promptly to injuries, illnesses, and medical needs as they arise
• Supporting individualized health plans for students with chronic conditions
