• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidential student health records
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Flexibility and adaptability within a diverse school population
• Commitment to supporting children’s physical and emotional health

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students and staff, including assessment, preventative care, and interventions for illness or injury
• Create and implement individualized care plans for students with chronic health needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other healthcare providers to promote student health and safety
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with school policies and state regulations
• Educate students and staff on health promotion and injury prevention
