Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct health assessments and provide direct care to students
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans as directed by physicians
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with regulations
• Respond to medical emergencies, implementing appropriate procedures as necessary
• Educate students, staff, and families on health topics and preventative measures
• Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and community health providers
• Support students with chronic illnesses, allergies, diabetes, and other conditions
• Participate in the development and execution of individualized health care plans
