Substitute School Nurse Positions – Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified School Nurse (CSN)

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) or Certified School Nurses (CSNs) to fill two Substitute School Nurse positions for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. These roles provide critical healthcare support within a K-12 educational environment, focusing on student health and safety.

Position Details:

• Part-time role with 20 hours per week at an elementary school
• Substitute positions district-wide, including accompanying students on field trips
• Contract role for the full school year (CSY)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and health assessments to students
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Manage student health records and communicate with parents and staff
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Support daily health needs and promote health education within the school setting

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified School Nurse (CSN)
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric healthcare preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the school district as required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
