School Registered Nurse | Lincoln, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Recent clinical experience in pediatric, school, or community nursing
• Familiarity with IEPs, health plans, and medication administration
• Strong assessment, triage, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to educate students and staff on health-related topics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• CPR/BLS certification required

Key Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Health Plans (IHPs)
• Conduct screenings (vision, hearing, etc.) as required
• Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with district and state protocols
• Serve as a resource on health and wellness within the school community
