Assignment Details:

• Dates: July 6th through August 7th
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 10:30am (8 hours per week)
• Part-time, contract basis
• Direct 1:1 nursing for a student in a welcoming school environment

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Prior experience within a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, attentive care on a 1:1 basis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to respond with empathy and professionalism in sensitive situations
• Skilled in managing health care plans, administering medication, and supporting student needs in accordance with best nursing practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily nursing care and health monitoring for an individual student
• Collaborate with classroom and educational staff to ensure comprehensive student support
• Document care activities and communicate updates as needed with appropriate stakeholders
• Respond promptly to any health-related incidents, following district and clinical guidelines
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that helps students thrive in the school setting
