Registered Nurse School Setting in Long Lake, MN

Situated near scenic Long Lake, MN, this contract opportunity invites registered nurses (RN) or licensed practical/vocational nurses (LPN/LVN) to become a trusted source of care within a vibrant educational setting.

You’ll enjoy a set schedule every Tuesday from 7:45am to 3:00pm, with potential flexibility to add 1-2 additional days per week depending on district needs. Your compassion and expertise will play a central role in fostering a safe, healthy learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Minnesota
• Previous clinical or school nursing experience preferred
• Genuine interest in working with adolescents and middle school populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently make health-related decisions
• Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily nursing care and health assessments to students
• Administer medications and provide first aid as needed
• Promote health education and wellness in collaboration with school staff
• Respond promptly to medical needs and emergencies
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff
