School RN in Lowell, MA

A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to provide essential health services within a school environment, supporting students from PreK through 8th grade. This onsite position requires flexibility and a willingness to commute between multiple school campuses within the district. The role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of children in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care and health assessments to students in PreK-8 grade levels
• Manage student health plans, administer medications, and respond to health emergencies
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
• Ensure compliance with school health policies and state regulations
• Maintain accurate health records and complete required documentation

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Comfortable commuting to various school campuses within the district
• Ability to complete required fingerprints and CORI background check
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience working in school nursing or related pediatric health care preferred

Position Details:

• Location: Lawrence, MA
• Contract duration: Immediate start through June 18, 2026
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, 40 hours per week
• Onsite only; no remote work available
