Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students across multiple schools as a dedicated floating nurse for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, onsite contract role provides 40 hours each week (Monday to Friday, 8 AM–4 PM) within local K-12 campuses, all located within close proximity—no campus is farther than six miles from the central location.
The primary responsibility involves providing seamless nursing coverage wherever needed, supporting students and school staff with your clinical expertise as you rotate between campuses. You’ll interact with a diverse student population and be a resource for ongoing health needs, emergencies, and wellness initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:
- Active and valid Massachusetts RN or LPN license required
- Experience working within school settings and understanding of student health protocols
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between district schools
- Comfort working with K-12 students across various campuses
- Flexibility to adapt to a floater schedule and meet coverage needs
- Completion of required fingerprinting and CORI background check
- Punctuality and ability to work during set hours (8 AM–4 PM, no alternate scheduling)
- Familiarity with school documentation, care plans, and emergency protocols
