Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license (Massachusetts)
• Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing highly valued
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school administrators
• Clear background check and current CPR certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care for students requiring 1:1 support throughout the school day
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor chronic conditions, and respond promptly to health-related needs or emergencies
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to each student’s medical and developmental needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate regularly with medical providers, families, and school staff
• Educate and advocate for student health, promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all
