Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Previous experience with 1:1 pediatric care preferred
• Background in school nursing highly desirable
• Effective communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and families
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage positively with children across multiple grades

What You’ll Do:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to assigned students throughout the school day
• Administer medications, monitor health plans, and respond to medical incidents
• Communicate with families, teaching staff, and allied professionals to support each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all health and safety protocols
