Work one-on-one with a 20-year-old student, accompanying them to school and offering dedicated medical attention throughout their school day.

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts (active and in good standing)
• Experience with school-based nursing or pediatric care is preferred
• Ability to perform and monitor suctioning procedures as needed
• Comfortable providing care during student transportation to and from Concord
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing support to a student, ensuring their health and safety during transit and school hours
• Monitor the student’s medical condition and provide immediate interventions when necessary
• Perform suctioning procedures as required
• Maintain thorough documentation of care provided throughout the day
• Collaborate with educational staff and family members to support the student’s educational and medical goals
• Adhere strictly to all confidentiality and privacy policies
