Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and triage acute and chronic health issues among students
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop individualized healthcare plans and emergency care plans for students with specific medical needs
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and promote a safe, healthy school environment
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with all relevant school policies and state regulations
• Provide health education and wellness promotion to students and staff

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
