Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in Minnesota (unencumbered and in good standing)
• Previous experience in a school setting, adolescent health, or pediatric care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with faculty, parents, and healthcare providers
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in medical emergencies
• Comfortable working independently with a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care for student illnesses and injuries, administering first aid and medication as needed
• Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students with chronic conditions
• Perform health screenings and maintain comprehensive health records in compliance with school policies
• Educate students and staff on health and wellness practices, including hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and guardians to support the academic success and well-being of students
