Key Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure required
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, triage, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle emergencies with composure
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff
• Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications
• Knowledge of childhood illnesses, immunization requirements, and health protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, provide basic care, and manage chronic health conditions for students
• Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate medical records
• Serve as a key resource for health education and wellness initiatives
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies on campus
• Partner with teachers, counselors, and families to develop care plans and foster a safe learning environment
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the school
• Maintain confidentiality and advocate for student health needs at all times
