2nd Grade 1:1 Pediatric Registered Nurse School Setting in Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid RN license, with current eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing (1:1 care experience preferred)
• Ability to provide care for students in a range of grade levels (1st–5th, 9th, and 10th)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Warm, patient, and responsive personality with a commitment to student safety and well-being
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing and healthcare support tailored to individual students’ medical plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor daily health concerns
• Document care provided in accordance with school protocols
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support students’ educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed for students with specialized care plans
• Respond promptly to emergencies or health incidents
