Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license, with current eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in pediatric or school nursing (1:1 care experience preferred)
- Ability to provide care for students in a range of grade levels (1st–5th, 9th, and 10th)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Warm, patient, and responsive personality with a commitment to student safety and well-being
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 nursing and healthcare support tailored to individual students’ medical plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor daily health concerns
- Document care provided in accordance with school protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support students’ educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed for students with specialized care plans
- Respond promptly to emergencies or health incidents
