We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in school nursing and legal nursing practices to deliver essential care throughout the school year. This contract role involves working closely with educators and school staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for students.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with experience in a school or similar setting
• Proficiency with legal nursing aspects as they apply to educational environments
• Skill and confidence in performing catheterization; prior experience required
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in managing sensitive medical needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide catheterization services to a designated high school student with professionalism, gentleness, and discretion
• Collaborate with school staff to coordinate care and address any health-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
• Monitor student’s condition throughout the school day and respond promptly to any changes
• Serve as a health resource regarding student’s needs, ensuring privacy and respect at all times

This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule from 9:00 AM to 1:15 PM, Monday through Friday, helping you maintain work-life balance while making a direct, positive impact.
