We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a unique part-time, one-on-one assignment supporting a preschool student with complex medical needs. Scheduled from August 18, 2026, through May 28, 2027, you’ll work Tuesday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, accompanying the student from their home to school and back, ensuring safe and consistent care throughout the day.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license is required—no LPNs, please.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
- Previous background in critical care nursing is strongly preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional care tailored to young children with medical complexities.
- Must be able to reliably commute near the Wheaton, IL (zip: 60187) area and adhere to the outlined schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver vigilant, individualized nursing support to one preschool student during their school day and transportation.
- Monitor, operate, and maintain G-tube, trach, and ventilator throughout all transitions and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers as needed to ensure the student’s safety, well-being, and participation.
- Accurately document care, observations, and interventions.
