Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) State License required

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) for a student, working closely with an Audiologist to ensure all aspects of the assessment are addressed
• Compile, document, and communicate findings in accordance with school protocols
• Maintain student confidentiality and up-to-date records throughout the evaluation process
• Adhere to all state and district policies, procedures, and deadlines (IEE to be completed prior to end of September)
• Serve as a key liaison between the school, student, and evaluation team for the duration of the assignment
