Registered Nurse School Setting - Nashua, NH

Embark on a rewarding contract position providing dedicated 1:1 Registered Nurse support to a high school student throughout the school year, extending through June 2027. In this full-time role, you'll help make a direct impact on a student's educational experience and well-being each day.

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license required, with experience in school nursing or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
• Confidence in providing comprehensive personal care and hygiene support.
• Ability to administer emergency medication for seizures (training or prior experience is a plus).
• Comfortable accompanying the student on daily transportation to and from school.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, school staff, and families.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest professional standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Accompany a male high school student both during the school day and on the school bus.
• Deliver all essential personal care and hygiene throughout the 7.5-hour school day.
• Monitor for any health changes and respond to medical needs, especially infrequent seizure activity.
• Administer emergency medication as needed in accordance with care protocols.
• Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate health records and immediate communication regarding any student health concerns.

This unique assignment is full-time, Monday through Friday, ensuring a stable routine approximately 35-37.5 hours each week. You'll play a crucial part in the student's ability to access education safely and confidently.
