Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Previous nursing experience required (school-based or pediatric experience preferred)
• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and care plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct health assessments and screenings for students
• Create and maintain accurate health records
• Provide emergency care and crisis intervention as needed
• Educate students and staff on health practices and preventative care
