Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Nevada
• Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric nursing strongly preferred
• Proficient in managing G-tubes and caring for students with Type 1 diabetes
• Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and patient in a dynamic school environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Flexibility and reliability for on-call or as-needed coverage assignments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care and intervention for students during the school day
• Administer G-tube feeding and medications
• Monitor and support students with Type 1 diabetes, including insulin administration
• Maintain accurate medical records and care plans
• Communicate with parents, staff, and healthcare providers regarding student needs
• Promote a safe, healthy environment and deliver health education as required
