Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- Experience working as an RN, with school nursing or pediatric experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily health care services to students and respond to health concerns or emergencies
- Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions as needed
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure student confidentiality
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents to support individualized care plans
- Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community
- Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as healthcare advisor when appropriate
