Registered Nurse School Setting - Newnan, GA

We have 3-4 openings for skilled RNs who are ready to step in and provide high-quality care as clinic nurses within a single school location (final assignment to be determined).

You’ll work alongside educators and staff to foster a healthy, safe learning atmosphere. Immediate start is a must, with the assignment beginning November 30th.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in Georgia
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or clinic setting is strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with students, staff, and families
• Reliable and prompt, with the flexibility to adapt to a school schedule
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for students and staff in the school clinic
• Respond promptly to daily health needs, first aid, and emergencies
• Manage student health records and medical documentation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate students on health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Liaise with parents, healthcare providers, and school personnel as needed
• Support public health initiatives and maintain a safe environment
