Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care for a student with a seizure disorder on the school bus.
• Monitor the student closely for any signs of seizure activity or related symptoms.
• Manage health and safety protocols during morning and afternoon bus rides.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and caregivers regarding the student's condition and any incidents.
• Maintain accurate health records and report changes promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with experience in school or pediatric nursing preferred.
• Background in providing care to students with seizure disorders or similar medical needs.
• Ability to perform 1:1 nursing care during transport.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule and Location:

• Position based in Niagara Falls, NY.
• Contract assignment with a Monday through Friday schedule.
• Split shifts: 6:45 AM to 8:45 AM and 12:45 PM to 3:45 PM.
• Bus riding only; no school facility duties.
