School Registered Nurse | North Kingstown, Rhode Island

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric care preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for supporting students, staff, and families
• Capability to manage a variety of typical school nurse responsibilities, including first aid, medication administration, and health screenings
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing direct care for students, including daily medications, monitoring chronic health conditions, and treatment of illnesses or injuries
• Documenting all student visits and treatments in accordance with school policies
• Communicating with parents/guardians and staff about student health concerns as needed
• Working collaboratively with educators and administration to promote student safety and wellness
• Serving as a health resource and advocate within the school community
