Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily health care and triage for students and staff
• Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions
• Conduct health screenings (hearing, vision, etc.)
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents regarding health plans
• Maintain thorough and confidential medical records
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEP/504 plans as needed
• Deliver health education to students and staff on topics such as hygiene, wellness, and injury prevention
