School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Olive Branch, Mississippi

• Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or community health nursing preferred.

• Ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and healthcare professionals.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including assessments, medication administration, and emergency interventions.
• Manage student health records, document care provided, and coordinate with primary care physicians as necessary.
• Educate students, staff, and families on prevention, health practices, and chronic condition management.
• Support development and implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and 504 plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to advocate for student health needs.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal health and safety guidelines.
