Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally within a school or pediatric setting
• Strong assessment, triage, and documentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate with students, parents, and faculty
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily routine and emergency care for students and staff
• Administer medication, perform health assessments, and manage care plans for chronic conditions
• Promote health education, wellness, and preventive care initiatives within the school
• Maintain accurate health records while ensuring confidentiality
• Serve as a liaison among students, families, staff, and healthcare providers
• Respond swiftly to health crises and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment
