Qualifications:

• Current valid School Nursing NJ RN licensure (no LPNs)
• Previous school-based nursing experience required
• Comfortable working across an entire district and managing caseloads
• Ability to oversee and support multiple school buildings
• Reliable transportation essential; proximity required
• Completion of TB, physical, and fingerprinting for onboarding

Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic student health services across district schools
• Manage and prioritize a full caseload of students with varying needs
• Collaborate with staff to promote a safe, healthy learning environment
• Participate in quick and efficient 15-minute interviews
