School Registered Nurse (RN) in Osseo, MN

Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting an elementary student as a dedicated 1:1 RN or LPN, working full-time on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented nursing professionals—either RN or LPN licensed—who excel working one-on-one with children and have previous experience handling specialized nursing needs, including Central Lines and G-Tubes. On days when the designated student is absent, you’ll remain an important resource, assisting with general school nursing duties alongside a supportive healthcare and educational team.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Minnesota
• Recent experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Proficiency in Central Line and G-Tube care is essential
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedicated, patient-centered approach, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care and health oversight to an elementary student throughout the school day
• Monitor, assess, and intervene with medical needs, including Central Line and G-Tube support
• Track, document, and communicate changes to health status per district protocols
• When not working directly with your assigned student, assist with general health office functions and collaborate with the school’s nursing team
