Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active RN license required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
- G-tube care experience preferred
- Ventilator support experience is a plus
- Certified in CPR and up-to-date on immunizations
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative school team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to two high school students with unique medical needs in the classroom
- Deliver daily health assistance, including potential g-tube feedings and ventilator management if needed
- Monitor students' health status and respond promptly to emergencies or changes in condition
- Keep clear documentation of care and coordinate with classroom staff and student families
- Support a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students
