School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) | Renton, Washington

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain student health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies
• Provide first aid and manage acute and chronic health conditions during school hours
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Develop individualized healthcare plans and educate students and staff about health-related topics
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed
• Promote a safe and healthy school environment through health screenings and preventative care initiatives
