Qualifications:
- Current and active RN licensure in Virginia (or eligibility for reciprocity)
- Previous experience in a school, pediatrics, or relevant clinical environment
- Current CPR/BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to students and staff, including medication administration, first aid, and emergency response
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents to support student health plans and IEPs
- Conduct health screenings, provide chronic condition management, and assist in immunization compliance
- Educate students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and disease prevention measures
- Maintain detailed and accurate health records in accordance with district policy and privacy standards
- Serve as a resource for health-related questions and ensure adherence to best nursing practices
