Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or community health preferred
- Strong clinical skills and confidence in responding to urgent health needs

- Commitment to confidentiality, empathy, and culturally sensitive care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and manage care for students with chronic or acute medical needs
- Administer medications and first aid following established protocols
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Work with multidisciplinary school teams to support student IEP/504 plans and wellness initiatives
- Serve as a health resource for staff, students, and families through education and outreach
