School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Rosenberg, Texas

Make an impact supporting students in a vibrant high school setting as a compassionate, experienced school nurse. This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) passionate about helping adolescents reach their potential. You'll be working on-site within a classroom, delivering hands-on care during the school day.

This role focuses on supporting a small group of high school students, including assistance with feeding, toileting, and transferring positions, along with providing overall healthcare support in a friendly educational environment.

What We’re Seeking:

• Current, unrestricted TX RN or LVN license (required)
• Able to pass a state fingerprint/background check
• Experience with adolescent or pediatric populations within school or similar settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable with daily tasks such as feeding, toileting assistance, and mobility transfers
• Full-time availability: 8am–4pm, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours/week)
• Must be able to work on-site
• Candidates must disclose prior employment with, or termination from, any school district due to district requirements (affidavit completion necessary)
• Must be able to begin as soon as credentialing is complete and available through the end of the school year

Core Responsibilities:

• Daily health support for students with a variety of needs in a classroom environment
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Collaborating with teaching staff, families, and district personnel
• Maintaining accurate and confidential healthcare records
• Supporting a safe, nurturing learning space for all students
