What you’ll bring to the role:

• Valid, active RN license in California
• Recent clinical nursing experience, preferably in a school, pediatric, or community health setting
• Ability to respond effectively to both routine and emergency health needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Organizational skills and adaptability to changing school environments

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct care for illness, injury, chronic conditions, and medication administration
• Promoting student health through screenings, health education, and collaboration with school members
• Maintaining accurate health records and adhering to confidentiality standards
• Implementing and monitoring care plans for students with special health needs
• Serving as a health resource for students, parents, and staff, supporting a healthy school environment
