Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with current credentials to practice.
• Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred.
• Skilled in managing G-tubes and monitoring respiratory status.
• Compassionate approach when working with non-verbal or visually impaired students.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working independently within a school setting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide focused 1:1 care throughout the school day to a non-verbal, almost blind student.
• Administer G-tube feedings and medication as prescribed.
• Monitor and respond promptly to respiratory needs or potential emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and communicate with school staff, guardians, and healthcare providers as necessary.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment, advocating for the student’s well-being.
• Participate in trainings and contribute to a supportive school health team.
