A temporary opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to provide onsite nursing services in an elementary school setting in the Saint Paul, MN area. This contract position supports a maternity leave assignment, offering a meaningful way to impact student health and wellness during the school day.

Location: Anoka, MN
Assignment Duration: March 10, 2026 – June 5, 2026
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional nursing care to students, managing acute and chronic health conditions within the school environment
  • Collaborate with the school’s health para-professionals and licensed school nurse (LSN) to provide comprehensive health services
  • Maintain accurate health records and ensure adherence to state and local health regulations
  • Support students’ individual healthcare plans and emergency protocols
  • Promote health education and preventive care initiatives among students and staff

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with school nursing experience highly preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload collaboratively with one and a half LSNs and one health paraprofessional
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents
  • Knowledge of school health policies and student wellness strategies
