A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to support a school-based health program in Salem, OR. This contract position primarily serves an Early Childhood Center and involves general school nurse responsibilities. The role requires an RN professional who is dedicated to promoting student health and wellness in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general school nurse duties including health assessments and medical interventions
• Develop individualized health plans for students with medical needs
• Train school staff on health-related topics and emergency procedures
• Maintain ongoing communication and consultations with parents and medical providers
• Coordinate care and respond to medical emergencies as needed
• Some travel involved, but primarily based at the Early Childhood Center in Salem
