Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona
• Previous experience working as an RN in schools or pediatric environments preferred
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and school personnel
• Ability to work independently and deliver individualized attention
• Reliable transportation for traveling to and from the student's home and school

Core Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the student’s residence in San Tan Valley (Zipcode: 85140) by 7:30 a.m. each school morning
• Accompany the student on the school bus, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport
• Remain present at school to provide nursing support as needed, fostering a safe environment for the student
• At the end of the school day (2:50 p.m.), ride the bus home with the student to supervise the return trip
• On Wednesdays (early release), assist with the early departure and drop-off, ending the day around 1:35 p.m.
• Collaborate with educators and families to maintain updated care plans and support academic participation
